Job Profile: Sales Manager – Real Estate Position Title: Sales Manager Department: Sales & Marketing Reporting To: Sales Head / Senior Management Location: Shivajinagar Pune Role Purpose The Sales Manager shall be responsible for overseeing and driving real estate sales operations, with a specific focus on the plotting business. The incumbent will manage and coordinate the efforts of Tele-Sales Executives and Sales Executives to ensure achievement of assigned business targets, while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise, guide, and monitor the performance of Tele-Sales Executives and Sales Executives to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by Management. Develop and implement sales strategies to generate business opportunities and achieve closures. Coordinate and conduct client interactions, including telephonic discussions, meetings, site visits, and negotiations, leading to successful sales conversions. Maintain and update a strong pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation, follow-up, and relationship management. Ensure accurate completion of documentation and adherence to company policies in all sales transactions. Provide regular updates to Management through daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Facilitate training, guidance, and performance feedback for the team to enhance productivity and capability. Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of client queries or concerns. Work in close coordination with other departments (such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations) to ensure smooth execution of sales activities. Required Competencies Strong leadership, people management, and team-building abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven, result-oriented, and able to perform under pressure. Sound knowledge of the real estate market, with specific exposure to plotting/land sales. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and reporting systems. Qualifications & Experience Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration preferred. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with proven performance in plotting business. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
