You should have 4-8+ years of relevant experience with a consistent academic record of 50% or 5 CGPA throughout starting from Xth Std. It is essential for you to be comfortable working in Night Shift (9 PM-6 AM) and be willing to work in US shifts as it will be fixed. The location for this job is Hyderabad. As a candidate for this role, your responsibilities will include leading special initiatives to drive operational efficiency or increase revenue, managing key accounts and lines of business, and partnering with the Sr. Account Management team through all stages of the campaign process. This includes ideation, implementation, and post-campaign reporting. You will also be advising on strategic media plans based on campaign objectives and budgets, assisting in RFP responses, and liaising between different departments within the company to ensure successful campaign execution. You should be able to troubleshoot delivery issues, review creative and assets to ensure compliance, validate campaign setup, measure and communicate campaign performance, and produce reports and recommendations. Additionally, you should be an expert in Programmatic advertising, Creative Management, Pixel Management, advertising standards like VAST and VPAID, and proficient in executing campaigns using multiple platforms such as DoubleClick Bid Manager, AppNexus, Adelphic, Simpli.fi, The Trade Desk, and other DSPs. Experience with troubleshooting discrepancies, Viewability, Optimization, Private marketplace deals, ad fraud measurement, and knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, and Operative.One will be beneficial. Strong communication skills are necessary as you will be leading conversations with senior counterparts.
