Roles and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including housekeeping, maintenance, and repairs. Oversee administrative tasks such as office administration, branch administration, facility management, infrastructure management, and facility operations. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for various services like security guard services, canteen services, transportation services etc. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to facilities management. Desired Candidate Profile 4-8 years of experience in Facility Management or a related field (FMCG industry preferred). Strong understanding of administration management principles and practices. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
