Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of International Sales to lead our business growth efforts in the Masterbatches, Chemicals, and Polymers sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering, polymers, and a proven track record of managing sales and marketing strategies in international markets. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in masterbatches , chemicals , and polymers . Identify opportunities in both domestic and international markets, creating tailored strategies for each region. Market Expansion: Lead international market research initiatives to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and customers in targeted regions. Team Management: Oversee and mentor the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Set performance metrics and provide regular feedback to drive team productivity and success.\ Operational Excellence: Utilize SAP or similar ERP systems to streamline sales and marketing operations. Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of sales performance. Product Expertise and Customer Engagement: Leverage in-depth knowledge of polymers , chemicals , and masterbatches to offer technical insights and solutions to customers. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility. Qualifications: Educational Background: Graduate / Post-Graduate ( B.Sc .,/ M.Sc ./M.Tech.) in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is mandatory. MBA or PGDM is an added advantage . Experience: Minimum of 110-16 years of experience in sales and marketing within the chemicals , masterbatches , or polymers industry. Proven track record of success in managing domestic and international markets . Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP systems. Expertise in the technical aspects of polymers , chemicals , and their applications. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
