Job Summary: Seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end learning & development projects. The ideal candidate blends project management skills instructional design expertise creative media production and hands-on e Learning tool experience. Role involves designing instructor-led & self-paced learning solutions applying adult learning principles and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead L&D projects from scope definition to delivery; manage timelines & resources Apply ADDIE SAM or Agile to design engaging learning experiences Conduct needs analysis & learner profiling to shape content strategy Create storyboards scripts Facilitator Guides Participant Guides Workbooks & assessments Develop e Learning modules using Articulate Storyline Rise & Adobe Captivate Integrate audio video animations & simulations ensuring SCORM/xAPI & LMS compatibility Design info graphics & motion graphics; produce/edit instructional videos & voiceovers Collaborate with SMEs & creative teams; mentor junior designers & facilitate internal workshops Drive quality assurance innovation & learner-eccentric design Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor/Master in Instructional Design EdTech Multimedia or related field Proficiency in Articulate Storyline Rise Captivate Adobe Creative Suite Camtasia Vyond Strong knowledge of SCORM xAPI & LMS platforms Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills Healthcare industry experience (preferred) Location: Mumbai , Bangalore, Coimbatore , Chennai and Hyderabad Contact Person: Vaishnavi J Contact Number: 9840116224 Email ID: vaishnavij@gojobs.biz
