Coordinate and allocate resources, including functional consultants, developers, and third-party vendors, to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, identify risks and issues, and discuss mitigation strategies. Manage project budgets, track project expenses, and ensure accurate invoicing and financial reporting. Identify and escalate project risks and issues to senior management and stakeholders, and work proactively to resolve them. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring effective information sharing and problem-solving. Profile : Technical Consultant (Add On) Location: Ahmedabad/ Remote Experience: 2+ yrs Job Description: Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and functional consultants to gather requirements for custom add-ons and enhancements. Design technical solutions and create detailed technical specifications for SAP Business One add-ons. Integration of Third-Party application using APIs and SAP Business one Service layer. Develop custom functionalities, reports, and extensions using SAP Business One SDK, SQL queries, and other relevant technologies. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for developed add-ons. Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users for newly developed add-ons. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom add-ons and existing SAP Business One functionalities. Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP Business One SDK features, patches, and updates. Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and other developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes and best practices. Candidate Profile Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Business One add-on development or similar role. Proficiency in SAP Business One SDK, including development of User Defined Objects (UDO), User Defined Fields (UDF), and User Defined Tables (UDT). Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, .NET, VB.NET, or similar. Experience with SAP Business One integration technologies (DI-API, B1WS, B1IF) is preferred. Knowledge of SAP Business One functional modules and business processes. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Experience with version control systems (e.g., DevOps) and agile development methodologies is a plus. SAP Business One certification in development will be preferred.
