Handle analytical instruments including HPLC, LC/MS and NMR for structural determination and purity assessment. Requirements Deep understanding of organic functional groups, reaction mechanisms, and reactivity. experience in multi-step synthesis, purification, and characterization of organic compounds. Familiar with NMR and mass spectroscopy. Strong interpersonal skills and effective written/verbal communication
