Job Description Should have 4+ years of experience with previous experience in Production Support Projects. Flexible to work in 24X7 shifts. Should work from office 5days work week. Ability to analyze system logs, error messages, and other data to identify patterns and trends and triage issues. Good Hands-on knowledge of ETL Tools (Ex DataStage, Informatica, Oracle Data integrator or SSIS ) SQL, PL SQL, Unix/Linux commands, monitoring of batch processes, and troubleshooting required. Secondary Knowledge of Azure Data Factory/Python/ Databricks/ ADB Notebook would be an added advantage. Working knowledge of ITSM tools and schedulers. Understanding of any one of the scripting tools Perl/Python/UNIX Shell. Awareness of Support Process and best practices. Inform stakeholders in case of any failure or SLA miss. Involve the appropriate team to debug & fix the issue. Should have good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and work in a team in a collaborative fashion. Job Requirement Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Good Hands on knowledge of ETL Tools (Ex Datastage, Informatica, Oracle Data integrator or SSIS ) SQL, PL SQL,Unix/ Linux commands, monitoring of batch processes, and troubleshooting required. Secondary Knowledge of Azure Data Factory/Python/ Databricks/ ADB Notebook would be an added advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Experience with machine learning models and web application support is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
