You will be responsible for AEM Design & Development, creating responsive and user-friendly web pages using AEM templates and components. Your role will involve designing AEM content fragments, experience fragments, and templates for reusability. Additionally, you will work with AEM Themes, Style Systems, and Content Models. Collaborating with UX teams to ensure intuitive and engaging designs will be a key aspect of the job. You will implement brand guidelines, typography, and layouts in AEM, as well as optimize content and pages for mobile responsiveness. Integration & Development tasks will entail working with developers to integrate front-end design with AEM back-end. Customizing AEM components, workflows, and templates using HTL/Sightly and JavaScript will be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will integrate AEM with third-party services and APIs such as CRM and Analytics. In terms of Content Management & Authoring, you will define content structures and workflows in AEM while providing guidance to content authors for efficient content publishing. Managing digital assets, metadata, and tagging using AEM DAM will also be part of your role. Your expertise in AEM will be crucial, including knowledge of AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms. Proficiency in AEM Components, Templates, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments is required. Moreover, familiarity with AEM Style System and Responsive Web Design is essential. Your skills in UI/UX & Frontend Technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery will be utilized. Experience with HTL/Sightly, Bootstrap, Material UI, or Tailwind CSS is preferred. Additionally, basic knowledge of Java and OSGi for AEM customization is necessary. You will work on AEM Workflows, Content Models, and API Integrations. Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and Web Services will be beneficial. Managing digital assets effectively using AEM DAM and understanding content structuring, metadata, and tagging are part of the job requirements. Implementing SEO best practices in AEM pages and optimizing performance with lazy loading and asset minification will be part of your tasks. Ensuring ADA/WCAG compliance for accessibility is also important. Preferred Tools & Technologies for this role include Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch for UI/UX design, AEM Dispatcher for caching and performance, and Google Lighthouse, GTmetrix for page performance analysis. Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins for version control and CI/CD processes is advantageous. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.,
