The Senior Manager - New Technology Development (NTD) & Technology Monitoring Office CV Engineering, at our Pune, India location, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of COC's projects in compliance with the TCDS (Technology Creation and Development System) Process. Your responsibilities include managing ongoing technology projects, identifying and initiating new projects under the TCDS process, focusing on ideation and brainstorming for new projects, and generating patents. Additionally, you will be involved in the design of components and CAD assembly for NTD TCDS projects, providing CAD support, resolving queries, and supporting NTD TCDS and other projects. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will be responsible for vehicle-level integration and DMU evaluation of technology projects, documentation, and working closely with Planning, Prototype, and Vendor partners. You will also track inter-departmental and external stakeholders for project development, ensuring monthly tracking and delivery of COC's TCDS projects as per targets. Facilitation, compilation of takeaways, tracking, and closure of review meetings will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should possess a ME or M-Tech degree in Mech./Automobile, with quick learning abilities and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Pro-E, CATIA, assembly, detailing, drafting, GD&T, PLM systems, and PLM release processes is required. Additionally, you should have knowledge of integrating electrical, electronic, and mechanical components. Having a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in vehicle integration, design, and development is preferred, along with exposure to Six Sigma for the design process and ISO TS, WCQ. A Project Management (Foundation) Certification is desirable. Domain knowledge in commercial vehicle integration, design of aggregates, latest technologies in the commercial vehicle platform, and DFM, DFA, and DFMEA will be advantageous. In this role, you will report directly to Nil and function as an Individual Contributor. Your communication matrix will involve interactions with internal cross-functional teams, TCDS APEX Committee Members, and external suppliers. The OEM Engineering Lead will be responsible for driving the development and integration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) products. This role requires deep technical expertise in ADAS technologies, system integration, and OEM collaboration. As the technical lead, you will ensure smooth execution of ADAS programs from concept to production while interfacing with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the engineering design, development, and integration of ADAS components such as sensors, cameras, radar, lidar, and control systems. You will work closely with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless system integration into OEM vehicle platforms. In this role, you will be expected to manage technical risk assessments, propose mitigation strategies, and act as the primary technical interface between the company and OEM customers for ADAS product development. You will lead discussions on system integration, requirements, and validation processes, ensuring alignment between OEM requirements and internal engineering capabilities. Additionally, you will manage technical and design reviews, program milestones with OEMs, and monitor project progress to identify risks and implement corrective actions as needed. Your role will also involve driving continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in ADAS development. Reporting to the Product and Technology Head, you will interact with internal stakeholders such as engineers from product development and external stakeholders including customers and clients. For this position, the ideal candidate should hold a BE or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with 8-12 years of experience and a Bachelors or Masters degree in CSE, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. The candidate should have a strong knowledge of ADAS technologies, hands-on experience in system design, integration, and validation, as well as a proven track record of working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive industry. A strong foundation in automotive engineering, embedded systems, and control systems is required along with experience in leading technical discussions, product integration, and system validation with OEMs. The candidate should demonstrate strong technical competencies including a deep understanding of ADAS technologies, sensors (Camera, Radar, LiDAR), and perception algorithms, experience in vehicle integration, system engineering, and E/E architecture, and proficiency in automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay). On the behavioural side, the candidate should exhibit a Hi-Tech way of working aligned with CCODERS values, customer-first mindset, collaborative problem-solving approach, ownership, commitment, data-driven decision-making, growth mindset, result and commercial orientation, and a speed and scalable process approach.,
