ADAS Function Development (C++)

Role Overview: You will work at the forefront of technology in the Autonomous Driving domain, contributing to the design and development of cutting-edge software solutions. Your role will involve defining and coordinating new features, implementing them, testing in simulation and hardware, and supporting activities to test the car itself. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring overall performance, quality, security, and safety aspects of the software component. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop cutting-edge software solutions in the Autonomous Driving domain - Define and coordinate new features and changes to the system architecture - Implement features, test them in simulation and hardware, and support activities to test the car - Ensure overall performance, quality, security, and safety aspects of the software component - Work with modern development tools like Rust, C++ 14/17, Clang, Bazel, Git/GitHub EE, Zuul CI, GoogleTest, Lua, Python - Develop tools and frameworks to support software development, design, and testing - Inspire and help your team learn and grow through your expertise and proactive approach Qualification Required: - Strong expertise in embedded software engineering with C++ (C++11/14/17) and knowledge of modern software design patterns and principles - Experience in Python/Rust is a plus - Previous experience in ADAS is preferred - Proficiency in CI, test automation, and software quality practices - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Bazel, CMake), debugging utilities (e.g., GDB), and performance analysis tools - Knowledge of automotive communication protocols like Ethernet/SomeIP - Experience working according to an agile development methodology like Scrum - Fluent in English for professional use, German proficiency is a plus - University degree in Computer Science/Electronics or similar field (B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D.) - Versatile with an insatiable appetite for learning and improving Additional Details: Omit this section as there are no additional details provided in the job description.,
