As an ADAS Development Engineer Safety & High Speed at koda Auto Volkswagen India (SAVWIPL), you play a crucial role in evaluating and implementing ADAS standards and regulations for various markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Aligning for testing & performance acceptable range with regulatory authorities and internal simulation team - Conducting Risk Assessment and Hazard Analysis in Automotive Systems - Performing ADAS System Safety Analysis - Ensuring Automotive Cybersecurity for ADAS - Monitoring Safety Metrics and Performance You have the authority to: - Define Safety - Active and Passive requirements - Define and implement testing standards - Handle Certification and Vehicle level testing reporting - Perform Risk Analysis To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Knowledge of Vehicle Electrical and Electronics sub systems - Understanding of ADAS system and levels of Automation - Familiarity with regulatory requirements for various markets - Proficiency in Active and Passive safety requirements for ADAS - Strong Project Management skills - Good administrative skills with the ability to plan and develop a structure Your key responsibilities and tasks will include: - Supporting the relevant team based on PEP guidelines to ensure timely completion of milestones with desired results - Evaluating the safety of interaction between different levels of automation - Identifying and addressing cybersecurity risks within ADAS systems - Knowledge of security standards like ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE WP.29 for automotive cybersecurity - Coordinating new Indian technologies / development opportunities based on market trends and customer requirements - Facilitating discussions with development consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders to arrive at the best solutions At koda Auto Volkswagen India (SAVWIPL), equal opportunity and mutual respect are upheld among all employees.
