Your work will ensure each student has a unique, adaptive path that helps them learn at their own pace. Key Responsibilities Design adaptive interfaces that personalize content for individual learners. Map student journeys and create tailored UX flows. Collaborate with data scientists to visualize adaptive pathways. Conduct usability research with diverse learner groups. Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Design dashboards for students, parents, and educators to track progress. Maintain consistency across personalized learning modules. What You Bring 35 years of product design experience in B2C or EdTech apps. Strong portfolio with personalization or adaptive design projects. Knowledge of learning tools, dashboards, or student-centered UX. Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
