As a Program Manager with comprehensive expertise in Teamcenter PLM, enterprise system integration, and advanced SAFe Agile methodologies, specializing in large-scale digital transformation initiatives, you will be responsible for implementing SAFe Agile methodologies. Your role will involve managing Agile Release Trains, coordinating Program Increment planning, facilitating cross-team collaboration, and ensuring strategic alignment. You will also oversee Teamcenter integration with SAP ERP platforms, enterprise resource systems, and manufacturing execution systems, developing SAFe-aligned integration strategies. Your specific expertise in SAFe Agile includes SAFe Agile Framework implementation, Program Increment (PI) planning, Agile Release Train (ART) management, SAFe ceremonies coordination, PI Planning facilitation, Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshops, Backlog refinement sessions, System demo management, iteration planning and execution, and strategic alignment workshops.
