Note: This will be on third party payroll Contact Number: Ashish Mishra ( 8108461922 ) Job Description for Supervisor – Fleet Safety Job Details Job Title Supervisor: Fleet Safety Department Trucking Operations Level Supervisor/ O1 Function / Sub Function Safety Reporting to Terminal Manager/Cluster Head Trucking Location Tumb Job Objective The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring of Trucking operations primarily to prevent road accidents resulting in serious injuries & vehicle/cargo damage. Incumbent shall conduct incident investigation & implement Adani safety standards, guidelines, rules and regulations to consistently improve OH&S performance. Roles and Responsibilities Strategic Roles & Responsibilities Supervision, co-ordination & monitoring of all Logistics/Trucking operations with regard to safety of drivers & cargo handled during all operational phases namely route mapping, route survey, break points, analyzing of fleet data, conducting training, analyzing of in vehicle camera recordings & investigation of accidents. 1. Ensure accident-free execution of all trucking operations 2. Monitor day-to-day operations through site strategic command & control center. 3. Review all safety alerts & conduct counseling with Driver agency/Driver. 4. Ensure implementation of highest standards of HSE at all Trucking sites 5. Ensure implementation of Group & BU specific safety requirements 6. Prepare Daily, weekly & monthly safety dashboard and report to Logistics operations Head & BU Safety head 7. Conduct random vehicle inspections on a periodical basis. 8. Ensure all vehicles are fitted with in Vehicle monitoring system/ADAS for capturing important data, analyze them and suggest behavioral improvement for drivers 9. Organize safety training and awareness session for Drivers, Operations supervisor/Managers. 10. Organize promotional activities and oversee their implementation 11. Analyze trends, accident data, legging and leading indicators and report back to management on areas of concerns and devise plan for improvements 12. Implement best practices and learning from internal and external sources 13. Implement innovative solutions for vehicles & Cargo safety. 14. Ensure reporting of Safety data on Gensuite 15. Ensure compliance of all applicable legal compliances pertaining to EHS 16. Implement Journey risk management for all routes 17. Investigate vehicle accidents and suggest measures to prevent them 18. Conduct cost analysis of all accidents including Cargo damage 19. Implement driver management center (DMC) for screening, selection, evaluation & continuous safe driving behavior 20. Ensure periodical maintenance of vehicles & its road worthiness Operational Responsibilities 1. Monitoring of Logistics operations at site 2. Review safety alerts & conduct counselling 3.
