The role of a Multi Body Dynamics CAE Analyst requires a technically skilled and hands-on individual who can comprehend the simulation requirements of a given MBD problem. You should be capable of identifying the relevant physics and developing or applying MBD simulation methods to solve the problem through commercially available tools or by creating custom programs using programming languages. As an Analyst, you need to work independently, be self-motivated, possess good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and excel as a team player. Your key responsibilities will include conducting Vehicle level multibody dynamics (MBD) simulations using tools like ADAMS-view/ADAMS-car to assess and enhance performance requirements. You will also be responsible for performing sub-system level and vehicle level MBD analysis such as Multibody Dynamics (MBD) Model build for KnC analysis, Full vehicle Ride and Handling Simulations, Load management simulations. Additionally, you will evaluate design proposals to identify performance gaps and risks, recommend design modifications, optimize performance using analytical tools, collaborate with stakeholders for project updates and enhancements, deliver detailed reports on MBD results, ensure adherence to project timelines, and more. You will engage with various internal stakeholders including HOD for project reviews, CAE BSC Performance Review, Team Lead for goal setting & review, CAE Domain Leads, and participate in discussions on Patents filing, Copyrights, and Notarizations with IPR. Your interactions with external stakeholders will include software suppliers/vendors for tech trend discussions and participation in technical events, seminars, and conferences to stay updated on industry advancements. To be successful in this role, you should hold an ME/M.Tech degree with an MBD CAE background, possess 8-10 years of hands-on CAE simulations experience in the Automotive OEM industry, and demonstrate a strong understanding of Mechanical and ICE/EV Automotive Engineering principles. You must have knowledge of CAE/CFD fundamentals, experience in developing automated workflows and improving CAE simulation efficiency, proficiency in tools like Adams view, Adams car, MATLAB, and basic programming knowledge of C++/Python. Additionally, skills in vehicle dynamics, suspension systems, steering systems designs, fatigue analysis, and project management will be essential for this role.,
