As a UI/UX Designer at Shiv Software Solution, your role will involve creating consistent and optimized layout designs and HTML/CSS for web, mobile, and desktop applications. You should have an eye for clean and artful design, superior UI skills, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into beautiful and functional user interfaces. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product management to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. - Conceptualize original ideas to enhance simplicity and user-friendliness in complex designs. - Ensure consistency across web and mobile applications. - Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas. - Generate HTML/CSS based on the wireframes. - Assist in improving the usability, design, and content of the website. - Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any specialization. - Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and development. - Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio of enterprise applications. - Proficiency in user interface design and implementation. - Ability to create and write pages using HTML/CSS. - Team player with strong collaboration skills. - Familiarity with US standards like ADA. - Knowledge of technologies like Angular would be an added advantage.
