Job Title: UI/UX Designer. Experience: 1 - 2 Yrs. Job Location : Madurai. Job Overview We're looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to create user-centric, intuitive digital products. The ideal candidate has a strong design background, works well in agile teams, and can turn user journeys into seamless experiences. Responsibilities: • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. • Facilitate the clients product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products. • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. • Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters, and UX designers. • Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods. • Present and justify your design choices based on the design roadmap, design thinking, and core principles like color theory and visual hierarchy. • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Qualifications: • 1 - 2yrs of experience and a proven track record. • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc. • Experience using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and Zeplin. • Strong attention to WCAG and ADA guidelines. • Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript. • Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset. • Experience working in an agile/scrum development process. • Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it. • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and design user-centric solutions • Apply UX best practices with a focus on mobile-first and responsive design • Ideally familiar with AI tools to enhance workflow and creativity • Iterate designs efficiently and intelligently • Communicate design ideas and processes clearly to teams and clients. A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
