Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Raigarh. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. The role also involves conducting market research, staying updated with industry trends, and collaborating with various teams to align business development efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales negotiation Strong analytical skills and market research capabilities Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop proposals, pitch ideas, and deliver compelling presentations Experience in the engineering or industrial services sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Proficiency to work in Gov E Tendring portals like GeM, Epro Websites. Skilled in Tender filing & Cost Evaluation.
