The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the customer base, overseeing the sales strategy for chromatography products, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include client meetings, product demonstrations, market research, and coordination with the sales team to implement effective sales plans. Qualifications Proven experience in sales strategy and client relationship management Strong knowledge of chromatography products, especially HPLC Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field preferred Prior experience in the scientific or analytical instruments industry is a plus Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and product demonstrations
