Troubleshoot complex issues related to VDI infrastructure deployment and management. Develop automation scripts using PowerShell DSC to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency. Provide expert-level support for all aspects of VDI implementation including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
