ACTUATOR REPAIR ENGINEER Should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Valve Actuator repair . Should have a Bachelor's Degree. Should read, write & speak English. Should have computer knowledge and be capable of generating reports. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Installs, maintains, and repairs of all makes and types of Actuators (Electric, Hydraulic & Pneumatic) in industrial establishments by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance of all makes & types of Actuators (Electric, Hydraulic & Pneumatic), Control Valves, On-off Valves & ESD Valves, trouble shooting of Valve positioners. Install and/or replace electrical or electronic components, such as electrical modules or cards, limit and torque switches and re-wire as per customer or manufacturer's specified wiring diagram. Mechanically & electrically troubleshoot, inspect, install, calibrate and test actuator at specified job worksites/workshop. Primary worksites include, but not limited to, valves shops, customer in-field worksites, and CI workshop. Complete field service reports and submit upon completion of work. Obtain all site specific and safety related training to perform valve and actuator services. Attractive Salary, Food, Accommodation & Transportation provided.
