Job Brief We are looking to recruit for the position of Team Manager of our pension Actuarial Production Team, based in Millimans Gurgaon Office Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work across a wide variety of retirement/employee benefit issues and develop their management expertise, Key Responsibilities Assist in preparation of actuarial valuation and compliance work for Retirement and Post Retiree Medical (OPEB) plans for corporate and public employer plans, including: Funding valuations Accounting valuations Government form preparation Compliance testing Perform benefit calculations Assist in preparation of valuation, disclosure and expense reports Prepare benefit coding to replicate valuations under legacy tools Analyze and assist on special retirement projects Provide broader day-to-day support to staff based in Gurgaon, Southeast Asia and USA Maintain a healthy billing rate across calendar year Manage a team of Actuarial Analyst and Actuarial Interns Manage performance review process Requirements / Skill Set 4-6 years of US EB Actuarial experience 1-2 years of team management experience, Graduates / Post-graduates preferably Math / Stats / Eco / Commerce streams Good knowledge of US retirement work Proval software experience Strong technical and problem-solving aptitude Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, particularly MS-Excel Ability to manage own workflow Ability to work independently Strong oral and written communication skills Pursuing actuarial exams and motivated to become an actuary,
