We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager with 10-12 years of experience in the P&C Insurance business and a Fellow Reserving Actuary . The ideal candidate is a self-learner and a strong team player. Responsibilities Work closely with onshore actuaries throughout the reserving process , including data preparation , strategic analysis , and reconciliations . Analyze and document the reasons for changes in Actuals vs Expected by Region and Line of Business on a monthly and quarterly basis. Prepare Internal & External Audit reports and relevant Exhibits by sourcing, formatting, and aggregating data from multiple sources on a semi-annual basis. Validate Reserving Assumptions and selections in ResQ . Summarize final exhibits like Triangles , Ultimates , and Loss ratios for Re-Insurance treaty sign-off . Handle ad-hoc requests from onshore and perform work with minimal assistance. Guide and support junior team members by instructing them on processes and resolving their doubts. Actively participate in developing the team's training needs and foster a culture of learning. Manage and assist a team of analysts in performing the above tasks and manage stakeholder relationships . Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications Strong knowledge of analytical skills on large data and reserving techniques . Fellow Actuary from IAI , IFoA , SOA , or CAS . Experience in P&C insurance is preferred. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel , SQL , VBA ). Experience with BRIO , Qlik , ResQ , R , Power Query/Power BI is an added advantage. Preferably a Graduate/Postgraduate in Actuarial Science , Mathematics , Statistics , or Economics/Metrics . Strong analytical thinking and an eye for detail . Excellent communication skills to foster frequent stakeholder interactions .
