About Us

We are looking for a dynamic Activity Incharge who can plan, organize, and execute a wide range of co-curricular activities, events, and competitions that inspire students to excel beyond academics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement school activities, events, and interschool competitions.
• Organize and successfully conduct Model United Nations (MUNs), debates, cultural fests, and student clubs.
• Manage activity calendars and communications using IT tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, ERP, digital platforms), Knowing Canva , advanced AI tools would be a plus.
• Ensure smooth execution of interschool events, liaising with staff, students, and external schools.
• Prepare activity reports, presentations, and communication material in professional English.
• Guide and mentor students for participation in MUNs, debates, competitions, and cultural programs.
• Collaborate with teachers and management to integrate co-curricular activities into the academic framework.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong IT skills – Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, event coordination platforms. Knowing Canva , advanced AI tools would be a plus.
• Excellent English speaking and communication skills.
• Proven experience in organizing and conducting MUNs, debates, and interschool competitions.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and coordination abilities.
• Self-starter with creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students across age groups.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Event Management, Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in school activity coordination.
• Prior hands-on experience in conducting MUNs and interschool competitions is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
