Activity Incharge cum Social Media Marketing

You will be responsible for planning and conducting a diverse range of activities for students in grades 1-10. This includes designing and implementing activities such as arts and crafts, music, dance, drama, sports, and other extracurricular programs that are engaging, educational, and age-appropriate. Your role will also involve fostering creativity and participation among students, encouraging their enthusiasm and developing their creative talents and interests. Collaboration with classroom teachers and other staff members is essential to integrate activities into the broader educational curriculum. You will work closely with them to plan and organize school events, celebrations, and competitions. Additionally, you will supervise students during activities to ensure a safe and inclusive environment, proper behavior, and adherence to school policies. Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback, and preparing reports on student participation and achievements in activities are part of your responsibilities. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in activity-based learning by participating in professional development workshops and training sessions. In addition to the activity coordinator role, experience in digital marketing is required. You will utilize digital marketing and social media platforms to share updates, celebrate student achievements, promote events, and engage in real-time communication with stakeholders. This includes maintaining an up-to-date website, utilizing social media platforms, and engaging through email campaigns. Proficiency in Editing Software such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and InDesign is necessary. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
