Activity Incharge cum Social Media Marketing

You will be responsible for designing and implementing a diverse range of activities for students in grades 1-10. These activities will include arts and crafts, music, dance, drama, sports, and other extracurricular programs. Your primary goal will be to ensure that these activities are engaging, educational, and age-appropriate for the students. It will be your duty to foster creativity and encourage student participation in all activities. You will work towards developing and nurturing the creative talents and interests of the students under your supervision. Collaboration with classroom teachers and other staff members will be essential. You will closely work with them to integrate activities into the broader educational curriculum. Additionally, you will assist in the planning and organizing of school events, celebrations, and competitions. Maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all students during activities will be a top priority. You will supervise students to ensure proper behavior and adherence to school policies at all times. Assessment and monitoring of student progress will be part of your responsibilities. Providing feedback and preparing reports on student participation and achievements in activities will also be expected from you. To excel in this role, you must stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in activity-based learning. Participation in professional development workshops and training sessions is encouraged to enhance your skills. In addition to the activity coordination responsibilities, you will also be involved in digital marketing and social media activities. This includes sharing updates, celebrating student achievements, promoting events, and engaging in real-time communication with stakeholders. Experience in Editing Software such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and InDesign will be beneficial for this aspect of the role. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
