The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and managing the ActiveOps platform to enhance business efficiency and performance. Key Responsibilities: Configure and manage ActiveOps platform to streamline operational workflows. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and implement system configurations. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot configuration-related issues . Optimize workforce management, capacity planning , and operational efficiency . Maintain detailed configuration documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. Identify opportunities for process automation and improvements. Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders on ActiveOps configurations. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in operations management & system configuration Hands-on expertise in ActiveOps tool configuration Strong knowledge of workforce optimization, demand forecasting & capacity planning Experience in back-office operations & process improvement Proficiency in analyzing operational data and making informed decisions Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process efficiency Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
