Role & responsibilities Should possess sound technical knowledge of software(Adobe Acrobat, Office 365, Photoshop, and InDesign, etc). Installing and configuring Windows Server, Active Directory, etc. Installation and configuration of the file and print server. Managing & Troubleshooting of Desktops, laptops, printers, Scanners & Software. Installation and configuration of Layer-2 and Layer-3 manageable switches. Installation and configuration of the firewall and WIFI device. Coordination with the ISP service provider for internet connectivity. Maintaining proper Inventory records related to the IT infrastructure installed in the Site. Maintaining good relationships with all the users on the Site. Attending & solving all the complaints & issues of end users related to hardware & software. Maintaining cordial relationships with all the Vendors & suppliers for after-sales services. Co-ordination with all Service providers for efficient & smooth functioning of IT Services. Managing & ensuring proper coordination between the IT engineers in the head office. Managing & Troubleshooting of Desktops, laptops, printers, Scanners & Software. Ensuring proper preventive maintenance of PCs, Printers, Network devices, etc, periodically. Providing 1st-level support for CCTV Camera. Maintaining a healthy environment in the IT Dept for better & smoother functioning. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Regional Languages. Good personality & able to work as a team memb er.
