Role Overview We are looking for hardcore developers with deep hands-on experience in One Identity development and IAM engineering . This is not a support or admin role we want coders and architects who can build and customize solutions on the One Identity platform. The right candidate will be responsible for developing connectors, writing APIs, customizing modules, and deploying secure, scalable IAM solutions . Key Responsibilities Full-cycle development on One Identity Manager , Safeguard , and Active Roles . Build and customize connectors , APIs , and workflow modules in One Identity. Configure and extend web interfaces , sync rules , roles , and policies using development tools like Designer and Web Designer. Develop integration layers between One Identity and enterprise platforms (AD, SAP, Azure AD, Workday, etc.). Implement custom provisioning , self-service portals , and role-based access control (RBAC) . Design secure, high-performance solutions using .NET stack, Web API, and SQL Server. Collaborate with enterprise architects and DevOps teams to build secure CI/CD pipelines for IAM deployments. Lead or participate in code reviews , technical documentation, and automation of IAM solutions. Perform IAM-related incident response and issue debugging , with a development-first mindset. Must-Have Technical Skills Deep hands-on coding experience with: One Identity Manager: Designer, Manager, Web Designer, Object Browser One Identity connectors: AP connectors , custom scripts , REST APIs .NET stack : C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API JavaScript , jQuery, JSON, HTML5, CSS Experience in developing One Identity workflows, policies, and schema extensions Strong SQL Server (2008/2012/2016), Oracle DB knowledge Scripting: PowerShell , Python (for automation/integration) Secure coding practices and IAM-related regulatory standards (ISO 27001, GDPR) Good to Have Experience in SAP BTP , SAP IPS , ABAP integrations Jenkins, CI/CD automation for IAM pipelines Basic working knowledge of SailPoint IIQ Certifications: One Identity Certified Professional , CIAM , CISSP , or CISM Familiarity with cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid identity architecture Why Join Us?
