Roles & Responsibilities: Be the owner and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Active Directory (on-premises and Azure), PKI, Oracle LDAP and various related systems and work as the liaison between the business and the technical staff to provide a translation of business requirements/issues to technical requirements/issues and vice-a-versa. Define a service strategy, roadmap, and execution plan to deliver high impact business value and partner with the other Identity teams to engineers to implement solutions for cloud, mobile and on-premises applications. Conduct, lead, or provision technology and service reviews to baseline and set service improvement goals and initiatives. Provide support and consultation to clients or project teams to identify requirements and assist with application configurations and deployments utilizing Amgen s directories. Monitor operational and performance statistics for managed systems to ensure reliability and availability and work with the operations team to maintain growth statistics, space forecasts, etc. Oversee production change control schedule and participates in change control processes. Resolve issues called out from Amgen s operational support vendor and provide expert level solving for issues that bridge subject areas and technologies beyond team capabilities. Create and maintain technical documentation such as SOPs, design documents, operational drawings, manuals, etc. What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. Basic Qualifications: Master s / Bachelors degree with 8 - 13 years of Information Systems experience or related field. Functional Skills: Must-Have Skills: Strong Microsoft Active Directory skills including AD LDS and Azure AD. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. Strong knowledge of LDAP directories. Strong knowledge of PKI (Public Key Infrastructure). Good working knowledge of DNS and WINS. Experience with mobile device authentication and management. Experience with managing regulated systems - FDA/SOX. Scripting skills such as PowerShell, Perl, VB Script, etc. Good written and verbal communication skills . Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with IS Security. Experience with Agile Methodology. Proficiency in scripting and automation is a plus. Professional Certifications: Certifications such as SailPoint Certified Identity Now Architect, Okta Certified Professional, Microsoft SC-300, CISSP, CCSP or CISM (Preferred). Microsoft, GCP or AWS Cloud (preferred). Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams . High degree of initiative and self-motivation. Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully. Team oriented, with a focus on achieving team goals. Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Work Hours: This position requires you to work a later shift and may be assigned a second or third shift schedule. Candidates must be willing and able to work during evening or night shifts, as required. Potential Shifts (subject to change based on business requirements): Second Shift: 2:00pm 10:00pm IST; Third Shift: 10:00 pm 7:00 am IST. On-Call This position may have after hours responsibilities.
