You should have a minimum of 6+ years of experience as an Oracle database engineer/DBA with a very thorough and clear understanding of Oracle Exadata Architecture. Your responsibilities will include having extensive knowledge and solid troubleshooting experience in various areas such as RAC, ASM, Exadata features, Performance tuning, Multitenant, OEM, Patching, Security, OKV, Data Guard (Physical and Logical) - including Active Dataguard and DG broker, RMAN. You should be experienced in handling complex database recovery scenarios and troubleshooting installation and patching issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure, quick thinking, and remaining calm during stressful situations. You should be willing to work in shifts and on weekends, have the ability to quickly grasp complex technical issues, and have an appetite to learn new technologies and constantly improve technical skills. As an Oracle database engineer/DBA, you will be responsible for understanding Oracle Exadata Architecture, troubleshooting various database issues, handling complex recovery scenarios, and continuously improving your technical skills. Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, willingness to work in shifts and on weekends, and a proactive approach to learning new technologies are essential for success in this role.
