Preferred candidate profile Preferred Candidate Profile Business Development Executive (BDE) Education & Background Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce (MBA/PGDM is an added advantage). 13 years of proven experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or account management (high-performing freshers with excellent skills will also be considered). Core Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence and negotiate. Proficient in prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals. Comfortable with cold calling, client presentations, and networking. Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
