Role & responsibilities Drive business growth by serving as a brand partner consultant for clients and agencies, delivering comprehensive, content-driven solutions through the network Being articulate, explain the concept/ solution in a manner that interests the partners. Leverage a deep understanding of the market landscape to implement solution-oriented strategies for acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts. Engage with clients and agencies to deliver targeted pitches and secure deals. Market coverage in terms of meeting clients and ad agencies and ensuring that BIG FM is at the top of their mind as a premier Content Marketing / AFP media option. Have a strong connect with the market, partners to grow the business. Strong communication inter-personal, negotiation skills are a key. Work closely with the internal teams to drive the consumption of deliveries on time as per the commitment to the partners. Execute branded content deals with the help of solutions, programming and marketing. Preferred candidate profile MBA or a Post Graduate Minimum 8 years work experience is mandatory. Must have handled Client servicing teams of large/ mid sized event companies or handled Sales teams of Media houses and agencies with dedicated business verticals. Strong presentation & analytics skills. Excellent communication skills, confident, enthusiastic, attention to detail, creative Result Oriented and Capacity to operate in a growth environment that is increasingly competitive Set the highest ethical and professional standards Comfortable with change
