Role & responsibilities Organize and manage health check-up camps. Plan and execute leaflet distribution in target areas Connect with chemists for co-branded sign boards Maintain relationships with housing societies / corporates to secure permissions for camps and awareness activities. Ensure proper camp setup including banners, tables, flyers, and health equipment. Daily / Weekly reporting Preferred candidate profile Experience: 1-3 years in field BTL marketing, preferably in healthcare (pharma), diagnostics, retail, or similar industries. Education: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Healthcare background preferred). Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with field work and customer interactions. Basic understanding of healthcare or diagnostic services is a plus. Ability to build relationships with chemists, society managers, local vendors. Other: Two-wheeler preferred for field mobility. Willingness to work flexible hours Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of camps/garden activities conducted per week. Walk-ins generated as a direct result of activities. Leaflet distribution coverage as per plan. New society/cluster tie-ups secured. Quality and professionalism of on-ground execution.
