We are looking for a proactive Business Development & Operations Executive to grow and support our Schools Vertical. This dual-role position involves generating leads and building relationships with schools, while also coordinating the smooth execution of programs post-sign-up. The ideal candidate is someone who is equally comfortable in client-facing interactions and behind-the-scenes execution. Business Development Identify and engage potential schools for partnerships across different regions. Pitch ActiPass programs to school decision-makers (principals, coordinators, trustees). Schedule and conduct meetings, product demos, and proposal presentations. Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular status updates. Operations & Program Coordination Coordinate program delivery timelines with internal teams and school stakeholders. Ensure logistical readiness (resources, facilitators, materials) for each program. Track program execution, gather feedback, and implement improvements. Assist in resolving any on-ground issues during program delivery. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; business, education, or management background preferred. 1–4 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or operations (preferably in EdTech, education services, or training). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle both external relationships and internal coordination. Willingness to travel to schools for meetings, events, and program monitoring. Proficient with MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools. This role requires a blend of sales supervision, billing efficiency, and accounting knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store sales and operations. Manage computer billing (POS) and generate accurate invoices. Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service. Maintain books of accounts including sales, expenses, and petty cash. Record data in accounting software (Tally/Excel). Reconcile daily sales, collections & stock. Coordinate with the external accountant for GST, tax filing, etc. Required Skills: Graduate in Commerce / Business / relevant field. 2+ years in retail or accounts handling preferred.
