The Artshala Paint A School Artist will be responsible for designing and implementing art programs that inspire and engage students in creative expression. This role requires a dynamic artist with a passion for education and the ability to work collaboratively with school staff and students. Responsibilities Create engaging and interactive art projects for schools Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate art into the curriculum Facilitate art workshops and classes for students of various age groups Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and staff Ensure a safe and inspiring artistic environment for all participants Plan and execute community art events and exhibitions Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field 1-5 years of experience in art education or community art programs Strong proficiency in various art mediums (painting, drawing, sculpture, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Passion for education and working with children Knowledge of contemporary art practices and trends
