Job Summary:

Silpi Advertising is looking for skilled Acrylic Letter and Signage Makers to join our production team. The ideal candidate will fabricate, assemble, and finish high-quality acrylic letters and signage for advertising and promotional purposes. Precision, creativity, and attention to detail are essential in delivering visually appealing products to our clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Fabricate acrylic letters and signage according to client specifications and design requirements.

* Cut, shape, bend, and polish acrylic sheets using hand tools and machinery.

* Assemble letters, signboards, and decorative elements with precision.

* Operate equipment such as laser cutters, heat benders, and polishing machines safely.

* Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and aesthetic appeal.

* Collaborate with designers and project managers to meet deadlines and client expectations.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

* Assist in installing signage at client locations if required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience in making acrylic letters, signage, or similar products.

* Proficiency in cutting, bending, joining, and polishing acrylic materials.

* Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions precisely.

* Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.

* Physical ability to handle sheets and stand for extended periods.

* Strong adherence to workplace safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in advertising, display fabrication, or signage production.

* Familiarity with power tools, laser cutters, or heat-bending equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
