Role Description – Business Development Manager (Full-Time, On-Site | Guntur) We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing business expansion plans, building and nurturing relationships with partner universities and sub-agents, and supporting student recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and onboard new university and agent partnerships (B2B & B2C). • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve admission targets. • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and promotional plans. • Maintain office operations in a structured and professional manner. • Lead outreach campaigns and explore new market opportunities. Qualifications & Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry (Mandatory). • Strong network and connections with universities and partner agents. • Proven Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills. • Excellent English communication and presentation abilities. • Strong strategic planning and market analysis capabilities. • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field
