Role & responsibilities Preparing Draft From The Scratch Of Non-Disclosure Agreements Or The Drafts Of Other Definitive Agreements, Amendments And Addendums As Per The Customer/ Vendor Specific Requirement. Review Or Vet The Contract Drafts Received Take Adequate Steps To Mitigate Potential Risks And Disputes In Drafting Of Contract • Preparing Mis And/Or Any Other Necessary Data As Required For Record Keeping Of The Agreements/ Contracts Upkeeping The Records Of All Contracts In The Digital As Well As Physical Form. Keeping A Track Of All The Contracts To Be Renewed Or Extended; Take Follow Up For The Execution Status Of The Reviewed Draft Agreements; Connecting With The Concerned Persons For Seeking Instructions Regarding Preparing Draft; Coordinating With Concerned Law Firms/ Advocates For Litigation Related Issues; Coordinating With Concerned Law Firms/ Advocates For Litigation Related Issues; Drafting Demand Notice Or Legal Notice; • Keeping Update Of Contract Management Of All The Subsidiaries And Associated Companies Of Amber; Negotiating And Enforcing Contracts With Customers, And Vendors Advising The Company Personnel And Management On Legal Recourse On Receipt Of Any Notice/ Summon Or Subpoenas; Advising The Management For Taking Legal Action In The Event Of Any Emergency. Attending To Court/ Tribunal/ Judicial- Quasi Judicial Hearing. Providing Legal Opinion Whenever Required.
