Your analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication will be crucial in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer experience, acquisition, or a related field. Proficiency in MS Access and advanced MS Excel functions is required. Male candidates residing in Ernakulam or nearby areas are preferred for this role.
