Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in HR and skill assessment to continuously enhance our customer success strategies. Qualifications: Master's degree is a plus. Proven track record of at least 3 years in customer success or account management roles. Strong understanding of HR processes, talent acquisition, and skill assessment methodologies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of an organization. Demonstrated experience in managing and growing client accounts, driving upsell opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex client situations and deliver effective solutions.
