Roles and Responsibility Identify and engage with Central and State Government departments to promote Tata PFMs value proposition. Conduct on-ground awareness sessions, helpdesks, and educational seminars to facilitate informed decision-making. Drive physical and digital form collection, documentation, and back-end coordination for smooth PFM transition. Build and nurture strong working relationships with key officials across government departments. Ensure all subscriber acquisition and switching activities comply with PFRDA guidelines and internal policies. Provide periodic reports to regional leadership and central teams on performance, challenges, and opportunities. Job Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong understanding of banking and financial services, including broking and investment products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with government officials and employees. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with excellent organizational and time management skills. A graduate degree is required; an MBA/PGDM is preferred but not mandatory.
