We are looking for a Land Acquisition Executive with 0-1 year of experience in real estate. The role involves identifying land in and around Bangalore, building networks with landowners and brokers, and coordinating due diligence. Identify and evaluate suitable land parcels in and around Bangalore for residential or commercial development. Conduct field visits to assess the physical and legal feasibility of the land. Initiate and manage communication with landowners, brokers, and local contacts through phone calls and in-person meetings. Make regular follow-up calls to maintain engagement with potential leads and land sources. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts including landowners, agents, government officials, and surveyors. Coordinate with internal legal and technical teams for title verification and due diligence. Track and analyse local market trends, land pricing, and upcoming development zones. Maintain accurate records of leads, communication history, and site visit reports. 0 -1 year of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or property sourcing. Strong knowledge of land documentation, legal due diligence, and Karnataka land regulations. Proficiency in Kannada (reading, writing, and speaking) - Mandatory Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi is a plus. Confident in making calls and following up with landowners, brokers, and stakeholders. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively in and around Bangalore. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
