Role & responsibilities Regulatory Compliance and Change Management: Support in Identifying and implementation of regulatory change (covering policy/process/system adaption) Assist in collation and validation of data/ information (sought by regulators pre, during and/ or post Regulatory inspection) Support the identification and remediation for gaps/ improvement areas identified during Inspection as well as Compliance Testing Act as point of contact for escalations, controls, key process and risk indicators in supporting the Risk departments regulatory governance and compliance agenda Contribute in evaluation of adequacy and effectiveness of regulatory reporting policies, processes and controls and develop and manage effective change management process Regulatory Reporting Oversight and Management: Manage end-to-end submission of regulatory reports/ returns under ownership of Risk Department to ensure that all regulatory reporting obligations are fulfilled, gaps and issues are highlighted with analysis and appropriate remediation implemented Support risk reporting related transformation projects including project management tasks, including development of project charters, project plans, and status updates reports as well as overall project monitoring. Work closely with regulatory compliance teams to understand and document Risk departments regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring that such requirements are actioned with relevant business, data and engineering teams.
