Role : General Manager Finance Location : New Delhi Qualification : Qualified CA Experience : 10 to 15 Years Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and result-driven General Manager Finance to lead the financial planning, funding, and banking relationship functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in securing both short-term and long-term funding through various financial instruments, especially within the real estate or allied sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of financial planning, fundraising, and treasury operations. Raise short-term and long-term finance including term loans, working capital limits, project funding, and other structured finance products. Liaise and negotiate effectively with Banks, NBFCs, and other Financial Institutions for credit arrangements. Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of loan documentation, compliance reports, and financial covenants. Structure financial models and conduct feasibility analysis to support fundraising efforts. Monitor and manage cash flows, fund utilization, and working capital requirements. Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners to ensure continuous support and credibility. Supervise loan drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, and all related accounting treatments. Stay updated with RBI and SEBI regulations and their implications on funding and financial operations. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on documentation and financial closures.
