You’ll drive conversions from high-intent student leads while onboarding new accommodation providers through consultative selling. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Management * Follow up with inbound student leads (WhatsApp, website, campaigns). * Assist with property discovery, shortlisting, virtual tours, and bookings. 2. Partner Outreach * Reach out to accommodation providers and present partnership proposals. * Negotiate referral commissions and onboard new listings. 3. CRM & Reporting * Maintain structured records of leads, calls, status updates. * Report performance metrics weekly to the manager. 4. Campaign Support * Collaborate on regional webinars, student fairs, and ambassador drives . * Share feedback for improving marketing outreach. Qualifications & Skills Strong verbal and written communication (English + Hindi preferred). * Sales or counseling mindset with student empathy. * Familiarity with UK geography, universities, or student ecosystem (preferred). * Proficiency in using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools. * Self-driven, organized, and eager to grow in an international-facing role.
