Role Overview: As an Enabling Technologies Consultant/Analyst at Accenture, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery, application design, blueprint, solutioning, proof-of-concept development, and engaging in client conversations. You will contribute to various aspects of the finance transformation journey, driving continuous improvement capability and working with leading global clients to develop and execute system design in Finance technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design to-be processes and roles leveraging leading practices and enabling technologies, especially Blackline. - Manage Process Transition, Knowledge Transfers & Process Reengineering. - Design and implement shared services operating models including governance and service management. - Conduct business case analysis and business architecture implementation activities. - Support sales pipeline including business development and proposals. Qualifications Required: - Must be a Postgraduate (M.B.A from premier B School), C.A. or C.P.A with at least 2-8 years of experience in Finance and Accounts domain. - Process Expertise in Finance, Operating Model, Shared Services. - Implementing and consulting experience on Finance Technology relevant projects. - Implementation experience and knowledge of financial close tools like Blackline, Redwood, Trintech, Oracle ARCS, AICO, Tagetik, Celonis, Workiva, etc. - Certification in different Blackline Modules Account Reconciliation, Journal Entry, Transaction Matching, Tasks, Smart Close, etc. is an added advantage. - Experience in handling end-to-end implementations including assessment, planning, requirement gathering, design, testing, training, and deployment of Blackline and other tools.
