Monitor and optimize the performance, including client satisfaction, revenue generation, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales consultants Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote the services. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to remain competitive. Prepare and submit regular reports on performance, including financial, operational, and client metrics. Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with local and national immigration regulations. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Experience: Proven experience in managing Branch sales and operations.
