Our mission is to deliver world-class cutting tools, technical support, and application expertise to our customers in Automotive, Aerospace, General Engineering, Power generation and Precision Machining industries. 🎯 Role Overview The Sales & Application Engineer will be responsible for developing customers, conducting application trials, and driving tool sales in the assigned territory. This role combines technical CNC machining knowledge with sales ability, making it ideal for engineers who enjoy both problem-solving and customer interaction. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Develop and manage customer accounts within assigned territory. Conduct cutting tool trials and demonstrations on CNC machines. Provide technical support to customers on tool selection, productivity improvement, and cost-per-component reduction. Prepare and execute sales strategies, forecasts, and territory plans. Work closely with SECO’s technical & sales teams for training and support. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets with incentive opportunities. Submit visit reports, competitor feedback, and market intelligence. 📌 Required Skills & Experience Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Tool Engineering. 2–5 years experience in Cutting Tools / CNC Tooling / Application Engineering / Machine Tool Sales. Hands-on knowledge of CNC machining, tool selection, cycle time & cost optimization. Strong communication and customer relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory.
