As an Admin Assistant at Davies, you will be a key member of the Legal Solutions team, providing essential support to the Team Leader and Claims Handlers. Your primary role will involve accurately inputting new claims for the department and undertaking various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately input new claims within set time frames - Support with CRU and NHS post and tasks - Provide admin support to claims handlers and other departments when necessary - Collaborate with File Handler Assistants on administrative activities - Adhere to client-specific SLAs and best practices to maintain high levels of service and productivity Qualifications Required: - Previous administrative experience - Proficiency in IT skills, especially in Excel and accurate data input - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to manage workload efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines - Attention to detail and a team-player mindset - Excellent client care and customer service abilities At Davies, we are a specialized professional services and technology firm that partners with leading insurance, highly regulated, and global businesses.
